Some work done today, looked at the compilation of objects onto the bike, ways the bike can be constructed and the types of objects that are used.
Typically the objects collected from around my house consist of buckets, offcuts, ropes, bicycle wheels, plant pots, things that are stored for potential future use but are not of much importance to anyone ... and such other items that usually have a place outdoors or in a garage, rather than inside the house as domestic items.
Lockdown also plays a bit role in limiting the type of items i can collect, therefore providing boundaries around the selection process. Really i gather as much as i can within this category of semi-outdoor objects. Their reference to 'home' brings focus to the interchange between the materials and ideas of the landscape/farmland that surrounds my house. It is already being built on site ...kind-of -- in the landscape, with objects that are part of the landscape.
